Hot Tub, Garden and grounds
Sink into the eight-seat hot tub with a glass of fizz and take in the views across the three-and-a-half-acre grounds towards the Vale of Pickering. Towel off and stay outside for table tennis, a kickaround in the footie nets, or to watch the kids on the swings and slides. End the day wrapped in throws around the firepit.
Living spaces
Enjoy high ceilings? The space here is a vaulted monster, allowing the whole party to come together to chip in with the cooking, chill on the sofas and play a little eight-ball while waiting for supper. Presided over by a brick-wall mural and warmed by the woodburner, you’ll spend your evenings in binge mode watching Netflix on the wall TV.
Raid the bookcase, chill or chase glory in the 25-foot indoor hydrotherapy swim spa, then pour another Prosecco from the home bar’s wine fridge. Upload the evidence to Insta over the Beeline Wi-Fi. Spaces at Station Barn are social, special, spectacular and spellbindingly beautiful.
Cooking and dining
No need to squirrel away the cook here: this is as open-plan as it gets. Chop, chat, cook on cheery mode, or switch off entirely and call up our pro chefs from At the Dinner Party, By Molly or Willows Catering. Sign up for a one-off celebration or fully catered break, put your feet up, pot some pool balls and fill your Prosecco glass.
Eat around the two chunky tables, seating 24, in the same open-plan living space or out under the big Yorkshire sky with nice cuts from Trotter’s Farmshop sizzling away on the gas barbecue. Get your fizz from We Love Wine and your takeaways from Pizzaland, China China and The East.

Bedrooms
Only the lonely calls of the skylark get in the way of deep slumber here in the heart of the Yorkshire Wolds. Station Barn sleeps 22 in ten en-suite bedrooms each equipped with their own TV. It’s a highly accessible setup, with one room in particular offering a single profiling bed and wet room. The entire ground floor is level or ramped.
Upstairs, bedroom one is a kingsize with space for a cot and access to the outside, while bedroom two is another kingsize with space for a cot. All other rooms are on the ground floor.
Bedroom three offers a kingsize with wooden cot, as does bedroom four, which has space for a cot. Bedroom five comes with a double and would suit a single occupant, while bedroom six provides a kingsize with cot space. Bedroom seven has a kingsize bed, a single profiling bed and wet room.
Bedroom eight is a kingsize, as is bedroom nine, which also offers cot space and a sofa bed if needed. Bedroom ten can be found in the annex, sleeping four in two kingsize beds with space for a cot.
