Three floors of fun and frolics

Three floors of fun and frolics await at Sefton Edge, a smart townhouse on the edge of lively Liverpool. Come hens, come stags, come one and all, to raid the fridge and crack open a can. Then get lured by the lights of Liverpool.

Large-scale laughs in Liverpool

Get the party started just over the road from Sefton Park. Close to the beating heart of lively Liverpool, yet packing a punch within its own four walls, Sefton Edge is three floors of fun and frolics for stags and hens. Crack open a can, pull up a pew and let the games begin.

Sleeping 24, this is a laugh on a large scale, with 11 doubles and 2 singles. Every bedroom comes with flat-screen TV on tap and there’s a large-screen TV in the lounge for movies and munchies after your assault on the west face of downtown Liverpool.

Liverpool’s a riot but you could tickle your tastebuds here without leaving the house by cooking up a storm on the two ovens and the five-ring range hob, or just by raiding the American fridge. Dish it all up on the chunky dining table with the patio doors open to the garden.

Everything is clean and contemporary, with brick-tiled kitchen walls, glossy floors, walk-in showers and modern, fitted bedrooms. The drinks are chilled, the telly’s on, the gang’s all together and the lights of Liverpool are glinting just across the park. What are you waiting for?

Behind vertical blinds, all is slick and clean, with leather sofas that gaze admiringly at the state-of-the-art 50” TV. Reach for a romcom as you make a night of it and prepare for a long lie-in.

There’s a sociable, open-plan look to living at the Sefton Edge. The living area meets the giant dining room meets the kitchen. You can chat, mingle, and move from space to space as the fancy takes.

Cooking and dining

You can create your own culinary confections in the swanky kitchen, complete with two ovens and five-ring range hob. When you’re done, dish it up on the bench-style dining table for 16. Got the midnight munchies? Raid the American fridge for goodies.

If you’d prefer us to do the work, we’ll put on our whites and whistle up celebratory meals, belt-busting breakfasts or just blotting paper for your beer. Load up on the cocktails or lager, kick back and catch a match or a movie while we do the hard yards.

Need a takeaway? There’s Chinese, curries, kebabs, sandwiches and fish ’n’ chips within minutes. Eating out? Within a stagger of Sefton Park sits The Moon and Pea, a bustling bistro that’s host to poets, painters and sculptors in this artisan South Liverpool stronghold.

In town, Saffron’s a winner for authentic Indian, and there’s Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese and even Nepalese elsewhere. If you want to make it memorable, you’ve got creative modern French menus, a seaside feel and a Michelin star to boot on offer at Fraiche.

Bedrooms

There’s no shortage of space here, with bedrooms aplenty to get the whole gang together and party. There are seven bedrooms with a combination of single and double beds to bring the capacity to a healthy 24.

Every room comes with Freeview TV on a flat-screen and you can share two bathrooms with baths and walk-in showers. Every bedroom is spacious and contemporary with storage for your stuff.
