Location & Booking

• We take a one-third deposit at the time of booking
• The balance is due three months before the date booked

• £1,000 refundable deposit

• Noise policy in place
• Strictly no fireworks or Chinese fire lanterns
• Up to two well-behaved dogs welcome (additional £25 per dog)(please note: the property's boundary is not securely fenced on one side)
• Hen and stag parties welcome
• Amplified Music is not permitted in the grounds or gardens

• Check in is 4pm
• Check out is 10am
• Check out on Sundays is 4pm
• Please note on Sunday 27th December the check out time is 10am not 4pm
