Your perfect Liverpool home

The champagne’s on ice and the keys to the city of Liverpool are yours. Get up to 21 together in the elegant Georgian Quarter. Catch the match on Sky, call out for a takeaway, then head out into the heart of Liverpool nightlife in Concert Square.

Great location, great city

The champagne’s on ice, the straws sit in the cocktail glasses, the colourful cushions in the smart yard are plumped and the keys to the city are yours. Liverpool Townhouse, with its triple-pillared Georgian opulence, grandly fronts Catharine Street, just off Upper Parliament Street, close to the beating heart of Liverpool.

Popular as a location for TV and movie makers, the Georgian Quarter also hosts Liverpool’s two cathedrals. Linked by the aptly named Hope Street, there is an array of traditional pubs, bars, contemporary brasseries and fine dining restaurants. Discover Papillon and the Quarter on Falkner Street. Nearby Hardman Street offers huge variety, including the Bombed Out Church, Hot Water Comedy Club, and Europe’s oldest China Town.

Download your tunes onto the iPod dock, catch the match on Sky, chill on the leather sofas with a book. Call out to Tito’s or Big Bite for a takeaway. Clear up well, because everything here is nicely, tastefully done in neutral tones and clean lines.

Outside, a 30m sq garden awaits you. Or maybe you’ll just head right on into the city. And why not? Concert Square and Matthew Street are lively and vibrant, or head to the spectacular Albert Docks for a more classy affair, perhaps at the famed Lerpwl Bar & Restaurant. Shoppers paradise awaits at Liverpool One with its luxury brands and independent stores. If you’re lucky, your visit might coincide with a home match at Liverpool or Everton football club, or even the famous Grand National in April.

Gardens and grounds

The property boasts a wonderful townhouse garden, complete with AstroTurf and equipped with modern tables and chairs for al-fresco dining.

The garden also features a stunning 20-foot flower wall.

Living spaces

You’ll want to head out into Liverpool’s party playground, but coming back here’s a blast, too. Décor’s cool and contemporary and light floods the living room from the big sash windows. Adjust the animal-print cushions on the leather sofas above the wooden flooring, crack open a can or pour a Pimm’s, and chill.

There’s in-house entertainment aplenty here, with a large 65″ Smart TV offering Netflix and Prime Video. Mingle around a movie or catch a match. Tap into the fast TalkTalk wifi, download music from your smartphone to the iPod dock, or raid the bookcase for reading matter.

Cooking and dining

Call out for kebabs or Chinese, or do it yourself on the electric oven, gas hob and microwave, then pile it all in the dishwasher when you’re done. Eat out in the gravelled courtyard or let us set up the 16-seater dining table in the lounge.

There’s plenty outdoor seating around the tables and chairs beneath the parasols or on the comfy cushions that line the low wall. Be together, smile and keep your glass topped up.

Head out into the Georgian Quarter to eat at the Blackburne Pub and Eatery for trio of fish, or maybe scallops with black pudding, pancetta and crispy kale, special main of smokey burger, or vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options. Or pop round to The Quarter for easy-going Italian inspired dishes.

Introduce yourselves to the a slice of the Med at Bacaro, specialists in Italian & Spanish small plates. Or perhaps Indian street food is more your style? Try Mowgli for Himalayan cheese toast, gunpowder chicken, or a range of authentic curries.

Bedrooms

There’s an epic bedfest going on at Liverpool Townhouse. White bedding, crisp cotton sheets, and white blinds and walls above oak flooring combine for a pleasingly minimalist look with pink accents. Pick from rooms that sleep from two to seven in single beds or with the option to zip-and-link some to create doubles.

Bedroom one sleeps seven in two singles, while bedroom two sleeps four in singles with an en-suite. Bedroom three is an en-suite sleeping three, and bedroom four sleeps two, also with en-suite facilities. Finally, bedroom five contains five singles.
