Because you’re riding the river rapids at Drayton Manor Theme Park. Because you’re relaxing and rejuvenating at The Belfry spa. Because you’re off to Cruft’s at the NEC. Because you’re bringing your hen or stag do to Birmingham. Or just because. Lea Marston Farmhouse is the home-from-home for all seasons and reasons.
Get together with up to 18 family & friends and maybe the family dog and enjoy 100 acres of rolling English farmland. Tell tall tales by the fire. Take a snifter to the games room and pot away on the pool table. Finish your BBQ with a dip in the hot tub beneath the festoon lit pagoda. Sleep in eight tasteful en-suite bedrooms.
Bathe in freestanding tubs, shower in contemporary wet rooms, stream the free wifi, ask Alexa about the weather. At Lea Marston, you can shoot, drive, fish, quad-trek or walk the day away, then retire to relax and rejuvenate with every creature comfort you can imagine among the people who matter the most.
Within 100 acres of rolling farmland, there’s plenty of opportunity to get back to nature with on-site activities including clay-pigeon shooting, archery and fishing. Or if you’re feeling adventurous, try quad-trekking through 7 kilometers of the Warwickshire countryside.
Recover with a BBQ under the lights of the pagoda or out on the terrace table beneath the soaring skies and the billions of stars. Then relax in the six-seater hot tub.
Get together with your nearest and dearest and catch a movie or the match on the projector screen. Or escape to some nice nooks and crannies – a snug here, a window seat there – to borrow a book and stare wistfully from the windows at the large mature gardens.
The games room is a fount of fun for families. Pot pool balls. Step up to the oche for a darts-fest. Or just perch yourself on a bar stool with a whisky or prosecco and get the wall TV going. Play some chess. Break out the board games.
You’ve got TVs at every turn, wifi on tap, beautiful views, and a log burner to light and spark the chatter. Ask Alexa about the weather or selecting your favourite track to play on the sound bar (or anything else), spread out, relax, rejuvenate after your quad bike experience, do your own thing.
Plenty of eating options here. If you like the DIY approach, you’ll go gaga for our electric 4 Oven Aga. Not to mention the electric ovens and 2 hobs. If you prefer skies to ceilings, you’ll find the dual fuel barbecue outside under the pergola for that arresting open-air cooking aroma. Make a night of it and finish off in the hot tub.
Eat around the 20-seat dining table with the bi-fold doors open to the patio and the beautiful garden. Or get out there and gather around the terrace table. Butter your bread, uncork the wine, raise a toast in the sunshine. Wrap up your meal with pods all round from the Nespresso and a dip in the hot tub.
How about an award-winning Indian restaurant on-site? Yes, it’s just a 300-yard walk to find Bangladesh-origin dishes and high-quality fresh Indian fare at The Pavillion, winner of the Bangladeshi Restaurant of the Year. Call them to book a table, or if you prefer they will bring the food to you.
